The Fort Lauderdale training studio is launching a six-week jumpstart transformation challenge on Jan. 15. Learn about the nutritional coaching and classes offered at informational sessions on Jan. 10 at 7:30 p.m. and Jan. 13 at noon. Challengers will test their bodies through a series of fitness mile markers to see how they can improve their performances.

Broward County’s first Powerhouse gym is set to open this spring in The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. The nearly 22,000-square foot gym will feature high-quality exercise equipment, training programs and fitness classes, which include aerobics, yoga and spin cycling.
